Housed in an attractive gray and beige case, the MacroMaster Standard removes all of the unwanted interfering
pulses and digital data from all video sources (Satellite, VCR and DVD) and signal formats (Composite, S-Video
or RGB). It enables copying to all recorders (VCR and DVD)*. Will pass Composite Video, S-Video (Via scart),
RGB and stereo audio signals with no loss of quality.
In addition to all this all Analogue MacroMasters now have a very high quality video amplifier output stage,
this is arranged in line driver format, and thus eliminates any cable loss.
This unit was formally known as the MacroMaster Plus, it is the original I.C.O.S Video Filters and still one of
the most advanced analogue video filters in the world. It incorporating one of the latest Micro controllers
and very high quality analogue components to produce unequaled picture quality.
The MacroMaster removes all traces of those interfering pulses and digital information lines in PAL or NTSC
signals. But for interference in the color signal commonly know as Color Stripe see below. The MacroMaster has
the highly sought after feature which removes the digital data and analogue pulses from all lines in the vertical
blanking interval which is what prevents you from making back-up copies of VHS tapes and DVD's to DVD RECORDERS or
any other digital recorder. Many Pay per View channels now use this type of signal on movies and other shows to
prevent you from recording them. With the Macromaster you can still record your favorite movie to
your VCR or DVD* recorder so that you can view them later (time slip).
The MacroMaster is very easy to install to any system, you just connect it between the
video source and the recorder, it has 1 scart in and 1 scart out, and you can input composite, S-Video
(with S-Video to scart cable) or RGB video signal. A lot of DVD recorders now have the ability to record
RGB signals, making the MacroMaster absolutely the best analogue video filter available today.
Note; For full color filtering (Color Stripe) which normally only effect NTSC recordings
use the MacroMaster Digital range.
* Note; The MacroMaster will not convert NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC, you must use compatible
equipment.

amplified not the R, G, or B signals).
If your recorder does not record RGB signal, then this unit will give you much brighter and sharper pictures
than any other analogue filter.
